Microsoft Surface Hub 2s – Touch Surface – Core i5 – 8GB-128GB – LCD 50 – Pen, Steelcase rolling easel, and all cabling shown in the photos is also included. Screen is 29” tall x 43” wide. Diagonal length of the screen is 52”. This Hub 2s was functional when taken out of service approximately 5 months ago. See information below.
This Hub 2s does not have Windows 11 on it and in order to upgrade it to Windows 11 a Cartridge upgrade must be purchased at the cost of approximately $2,700, plus an extended warranty.
This Hub 2s was purchased by the City from CDW-G in July of 2020.
Per the City’s IT Department: ‘Surface Hub 2s devices running Windows 10 Team edition will reach end of support on October 14, 2025. To avoid disruption, users should migrate to Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows via a software migration before this date. Alternatively, they can upgrade the Surface Hub 3 computer cartridge, which comes preloaded with Windows 11-based Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows. A third option is to switch to Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise if the device is used in personal office scenarios.’

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
