This machine has not been used in a long time. We are unsure of its current operating condition.
We believe it is a 3 phase.
We have a loading dock as shown in the photos, but the buyer is responsible for removal.
The asset is located at a school. The person picking up the item will need a government issued ID, such as a driver's license, to obtain a visitor pass.

Behind the roll up bay door is a flat surface - not an elevated platform. Sorry for the confusion about it being a loading dock. If you need to use a loading dock, we can have it moved to another location.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
