*24’ x 60’ Mobile classroom (two classrooms) used on school campus at 1125 NE Colbern Road, Lee’s Summit MO 64086. Sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. There is NO TITLE AVAILABLE for this unit.
*Seller will disconnect all utilities. AC units are included with the structure. Any/all furniture pictured inside the mobile unit will be removed and is NOT INCLUDED in the sale.
*Inspections are available upon request, must give a 48-hour notice to do so.
*The buyer will need to make all arrangements for any disassembly, loading and moving of the mobile unit, including installation of tires, axels and tongues as required to support units’ movement as well as all labor and materials required to support removal, transport and clean-up of all debris.
*YOU MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE A REMOVAL DATE AND TIME IN ADVANCE. ANY MATERIALS, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH REMOVAL OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE BUYER

1. INSURANCE:
The WINNING BIDDER shall be required to maintain and carry in force insurance
coverage of the types and minimum liability as set forth below:
a. COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY
Limits:
Each Occurrence: $ 1,000,000
Personal & Advertising Injury: $ 1,000,000
Products/Completed Operations Aggregate: $ 2,000,000
General Aggregate: $ 2,000,000
Policy must include the following conditions:

c. AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY
Policy shall protect the consultant against claims for bodily injury and/or
property damage arising out of the ownership or use of any owned, hired
and/or non-owned vehicle and must include protection for either:
1. All owned autos; hired autos; and non-owned autos
Limits of auto liability insurance shall be the same as required in the
Commercial General Liability section with the exception of the District
being named as additional insured.
Before, entering District property to remove awarded items, the successful
respondent shall furnish to the District, Purchasing Office a Certificate of
Insurance verifying all of the foregoing coverage’s and identifying the
District as an "additional insured" on the general liability policy. This
inclusion shall not make the District a partner or joint venture with the contract
consultant in its operations hereunder.
In the event of an occurrence, it is further agreed that any insurance maintained
by the District, shall apply in excess of and not contribute with insurance provided
by policies named in this contract.
The certificate holder on the Certificate of Insurance shall be as follows:

Inspections are permitted Monday - Friday 7:30 am-2:30 pm by appointment only. Email Kelly at kelly.thurber@lsr7.net to schedule an inspection. Conditions of all items are "As-is, where-is, without warranty, and no refund." Every effort is made to provide an accurate and complete description of the items listed; however, at times some variation may occur. Only the item described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Under no circumstances will the Lee's Summit R-7 School District in Lee's Summit, Missouri assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping the items. All items purchased must be removed from premises.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal
Winning bidders may pick up items BY APPOINTMENT Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 2:30pm excluding holidays. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Lee’s Summit R-7 School District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
