The City of Hendersonville in North Carolina is offering the above modular building for public auction. This unit was purchased by the City in 2021. Building specifications are attached. Kitchen appliances are included in the sale. Remaining furniture is included in the sale and will become property of the awarded bidder. A document with a list and pictures of remaining furniture is attached here.
By placing a bid for this building, the awarded bidder agrees to hire a North Carolina licensed General Contractor who will obtain a demo permit and will complete the following:
1- Disconnection and permanent termination of all of the modular building's utilities including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems, to the utility owner's specifications and requirements
2- Disassembly of the modular building
3- Building temporary walls for the modular building to prepare for transport to the buyers location
4- All other preparation of building for relocation
Buyer will also be responsible for relocating the modular building to their location. Buyer assumes all risk and liability.

The modular building is used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Please contact Logan Hickey at 828-233-3203 or lhickey@hvlnc.gov schedule an inspection.
