This item is listed as being in unknown condition due to it being untested. There are no obvious signs of damage, but full functionality has not been verified.

Details:

The primary actuator is manufactured by Belimo and is labeled with model number NV24-MFT-50.

A separate identification plate located near the base reads:
"Baumann Emerson Process Management, Location 346, Model 24577."

This lot appears to be a complete unit, but please refer to the photos for included components and condition specifics.

Payment

Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
