The item is listed in good condition, as there are no visible signs of damage and the rotating section moves smoothly. Rotation is facilitated by secure retaining pins.
At the bottom, the piece includes an insert featuring numerous small threads—possibly designed for attachment purposes. While the exact original use is unclear, potential applications might include:
