This lot includes two Alto-Shaam ovens, model ASC-4G. These units have been designated as being in poor condition due to both ovens being nonfunctional.
One oven is inoperable for an unknown reason.
The second oven is inoperable due to the motor being removed. The removed motor is included with this lot; however, the motor shaft has been cut, and alignment pins are not included.
