2018 Yamaha F150XCA & LF150XCA Four-Stroke Outboard Engines (Twin Engine Package)

The Town of Jupiter Island Public Safety Department is offering for sale one (1) pair of 2018 Yamaha four-stroke outboard engines consisting of:

• Yamaha F150XCA (Starboard)
• Yamaha LF150XCA (Port/Counter Rotation)

Engine hours at time of removal:
• F150XCA: 2,426 hours
• LF150XCA: 2,422 hours

These engines were removed from a municipal law enforcement patrol vessel as part of a fleet replacement program. Both engines were professionally maintained in accordance with manufacturer-recommended service schedules and departmental preventive maintenance practices. The engines were operational and running at the time of removal.

Included with the sale:
• Yamaha engine controls
• Yamaha Command Link system
• Associated rigging components removed with the engines (if available)

Condition:

Used condition with normal wear, corrosion, cosmetic imperfections, and signs of service consistent with age, marine environment exposure, and municipal public safety use. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding.

• The Town makes no guarantee regarding the current condition, future performance, serviceability, or completeness of the equipment.
• No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be permitted.
• The description is provided to the best of the seller's knowledge; however, bidders are responsible for verifying all information and determining suitability prior to bidding.
• Inspection is strongly recommended before placing a bid.
• Removal, transportation, loading, installation, and all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use, transport, installation, and operation of the equipment following transfer of ownership.
• The seller reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to withdraw the property from sale at any time prior to award if deemed to be in the best interest of the municipality.

Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding transportation, installation, registration, and operation of marine equipment.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
