This International Harvester 186 Hydro two-wheel drive tractor was used as part of the biosolids composting
operations for the the wastewater utility. The tractor is shown attached to a Wildcat C700 Compost Turner being
offered in a separate auction. THIS AUCTION IS ONLY FOR THE TRACTOR SHOWN IN THE PICTURES
BELOW.
The tractor is being sold as is, but is fully operational and has been well maintained. The tractor was purchased by
the utility in 2014 with around 3700 hours on it. The engine was completed rebuilt prior to purchase at around 3500
hours. The transmission slips when engaged in High and low range. New rear tires were installed in
2014, and as the pictures show, have plenty of life left in them.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
