1988 Ford C8000 TILT CAB, 10.4L ( 3208 CAT ) V8 DIESEL. FMC fire truck , 1250 GPM , 1200 gallon poly tank.
Runs: Will crank and run. One of the batteries is poor/bad but it will crank on one battery. New starter within the last year.
Drives: Drives as it should, HOWEVER it leaks/uses oil, transmission fluid. Tires have tread but are OLD. No, I don't know if you would be able to drive it all the way back home.
Pumps: It will pump but it makes a bad noise when in pump, probably a bearing inside the pump. We used it as our wreck / water supply truck. I would not go inside a burning house with a hose line from this truck. No pump test available.

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Town of Level Plains assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
