The successful bidder will be responsible for purchasing and relocating the residential structure to a new site of their choosing, subject to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The existing site shall be restored to normal grade and condition upon completion of removal.

3. TERMS OF SALE
· The structure is sold as-is, where-is.
· Bidder must remove and relocate the structure in its entirety from the current site.
· All utilities must be disconnected and properly terminated before removal.
· The purchaser shall obtain all required permits for moving, transporting, and reconstructing the structure at its new location.
· Proof of ownership of the relocation site must be provided before the move.
· The purchaser shall assume all liability for any damages or injuries arising from the removal or relocation process.
· No trees or any other landscaping of significance is to be removed as part of moving said home
4. SITE RESTORATION REQUIREMENTS
Upon removal of the structure, the successful bidder shall:
1. Remove all debris, concrete, piers, and construction materials associated with the structure.
2. Fill and level the site to match the surrounding grade conditions. This includes the filling of the basement portion of the home.
3. Seed or stabilize disturbed areas to prevent erosion.
4. Complete all restoration work within 30 days following removal
All restoration must be inspected and approved by the City of Goodlettsville Public Services Department.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
