Failure to remove the Vehicle within the timeframe specified shall constitute abandonment, and Seller may dispose of the Vehicle at its sole discretion without refund or further notice.
Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the vehicle. Seller provides NO assistance.
