•     Inspected vehicle for no crank/no start condition.
•     Verified battery voltage and starter operation, both tested OK.
•     Attempted to turn engine over manually; engine would not rotate.
•     Removed all spark plugs to check for hydro-lock or mechanical resistance.
•     Found a stuck fuel injector.
•     Discovered cylinder #3 was damaged, piston appeared smashed.
•     Suspected internal failure: possible foreign object in cylinder or valve train failure.
•     Performed borescope inspection of cylinder #3.
•     Found that a valve had broken apart and entered the combustion chamber, causing piston damage.
•     Diagnosed a base engine failure.
•     Provided estimate for engine replacement.
•     Customer declined repairs.
