Sartorius Ambr 15 - 24W Gen2, Cell Culture Cooled, This Gen 2 Ambr 15 automated cell culture system received all recommended services over it’s brief 3 years in operation. Most recently, It was serviced on 07/28/2025 for teach point calibrations and standard PM service. The system was fully functional when it was decommissioned in January and has been stored untouched since then. Recent testing also validated that the system is fully functional and ready for operation. Although it was not professionally uninstalled and stored by the manufacturer’s field technician’s, the owner’s staff followed Sartorius’ internal procedures exactly to prepare the unit for long term storage. Notably, this unit has NOT received the manufacturer suggested mandril ’upgrade’. Without the upgrade, the system can be used with any generic pipette tips and not exclusively with Sartorius’ proprietary tips. Should the buyer wish to have the unit mandril swapped to the latest possible configuration; the upgrade is provided by Sartorius at no cost to the customer and with no other purchases or service plans needed. This system also comes with the original laptop that it was purchased with, which has a perpetual, but non-transferable license associated with it to run the Ambr system’s software. Notably, the laptop itself has intermittent issues with keyboard operation and one of the USB ports on it is non-functional, but works well when used with a USB hub and external keyboard, which are included. Though not pictured, the system also comes complete with the full set of original hardware and accessories for holding down the full spectrum of flasks and multi-well plates. Lastly, this lot includes a wide variety and very high volume of consumables that are used with the system - inventory and photos of those items are included with this posting and represent significant additional value.
