Condition: Used. All items are as is, where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Open Inspection / Viewing Days: Friday January 23, 2026 12:15PM-3:00PM and Friday January 30, 2026 12:15PM-3:00PM.
Location: Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Robertshaw Building, 650 S. 13th Street, Indiana, PA 15705.
Removal: Buyer must email (PREFFERED) or call 24 hrs. in advance to schedule an appointment for pick-up. We are available Monday thru Friday (8:00AM-11:30AM and 12:15PM-3:00PM) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for items within 7 calendar days and remove the item(s) within 10 business days from payment date. Payments and pickup of winning items must take place within announced dates and times or items may be subject to default and forfeiture. Buyer is responsible for all packaging, shipping and removal costs related to transporting the item. No exceptions will be considered. If you cannot follow through with the purchase, then please do not bid!
Forklift assistance and loading dock are available if needed. Buyers must have liability insurance in case of any damage.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Shipping on most items is available but the buyer is responsible for all arrangements with shipping and all costs associated with packaging and transportation. In most cases Seller can provide pallets and shrink wrap. Small items can be packaged, and weights and dimensions will be provided.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
