If you're handling the other legal book sets for sale i have the same question for all of them, just didnt know if the same person would see the questions. 1) what hours/days are you open for pickup (if we win) ? coming from out of state so I'd need to know if it's feasible to pickup during your hours and get back without hotel, etc. 2)Does the yellow softbound book for the Municipal Corporations set have '2024' or '2025' printed on the front cover or if not, what is the year? And do the other sets (Forms/Ordinances) also have a similar yellow or white small softbound books? with what year on them? 3) Do any of the books have 'Red Rot' (brown dust/flaking on the spines) or a musty/mildew smell? Basically are there any signs of dampness, 'musty' smells, or stuck pages?" Have they been stored in a basement or offices? thank you very much 02/04/2026 21:10:17 PM
You can arrange pickup Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Municipal Corporations set has dates that vary all in the 80's with a 1991 Cumulative Supplement book in each. Legal Forms are also varying dates in the 80's with a 1988 Cumulative Supplement books in each. The books have been stored in the City Managers office. There is slight yellowing of the pages around the edge, but other than that they are in great shape. They don't smell musty or anything like that. Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
