***NOTE** Henry County will not pack up and/or ship out this item UNLESS you provide a UPS or USPS label. ***We will not allow Fed-ex or any other carrier to pick up these items unless the carrier package/box up items. However we will allow an Alternative Shipping/Package Company to pick up your item. *** Wrap Pack and Mail is a local company in Martinsville that usually will ship such items. You as a bidder can call 276-666-2013 and ask the company what their fees are and if they will act as a 3rd party on this transaction, by picking up the item from our location and ship to you. ****NOTE*** Henry County Administration will not take any responsibility for damage or mishandling of said property if the awarded vendor so chooses to utilize UPS, USPS, or Wrap Pack and Mail for this service. Once this or any 3rd party picks up the item from Henry County Administration then we are no longer responsible for the item.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. For additional information, please see contact below for any questions. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
