Up for auction is a 2008 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4 Sport Utility Vehicle, with a 4.0L V6 SOHC 16V gasoline engine. Vehicle runs, in good condition. Accommodations include AM/FM/CD stereo, air conditioner w/heater, power windows, power door locks, driver & passenger airbags, cruise control, auxiliary power source, D&R Electronics storage cabinet, spare tire, Setina lighted push bar, and a Class III/IV hitch. Interior has remnants of public safety radio gear still installed. Exterior has minor paint damage with small dents on the front bumper, hood, and front driver-side door. Vehicle sold as is. Customers who wish to view the vehicle need to request a day and time within the duration of the auction, and before a bid is placed.



Pick up appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Buyer will be responsible for pick up and transport of the vehicle from the campus.

Inspection

All items offered for sale by Portland Community College are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are SOLD AS IS with no implied warranty or guarantee of the condition. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to inquire about items currently on auction.

Payment

Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. For items that require ground/express shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS), PCC will determine the shipping cost, package the item, generate the shipment, and arrange a pickup with the chosen carrier once payment is received. For all other items, the buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided unless absolutely necessary. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
