A new multi-station will be arriving on July 30 to replace this machine. The winning bidder will be required to have this machine disassembled and removed from the building by July 29th at the latest. We are requesting the multi station be removed by the purchaser between 7/26 – 7/29 and completely off site by 7/29.
We do not have anyone on site to help assist with the disassembly and removal, but we have contact information for a company that we have used in the past that might be able to assist. That contact info can be provided upon request.

Removal
Property may be removed by APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE SELLER. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
