Used/See Description
Hose Reels. All are in used but workable condition and were used by the Sumter Fire Department. We recommend inspection BEFORE bidding. If you are the high bidder, it must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days (payment is to be online through Govdeals) AND must be removed within 10 days from the old Bethel Fire Station of the Sumter Fire Department (3150 US Hwy 15 South, Sumter SC 29154. Please call Chris Hilditch at 803-436-2307 or 803-305-8238 to schedule an appointment for inspection and/or removal. Absolutely no exceptions. Pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 am through 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Inspection
Bidders may inspect and are encouraged to inspect the items PRIOR to bidding. Items may be inspected between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm excluding legal holidays. Please contact Chris Hilditch at 803 436 2307 to schedule an inspection.
Payment
Payment in full is due not later than10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: · U. S. Currency (EXACT CHANGE ONLY) · Certified Cashiers Check · US POSTAL Money Order · Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) * Items will NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR BUYERS CERTIFICATE, Absolutely no exceptions! Checks shall be made payable to: Sumter County Government. Payments shall be made at 141 North Main Street, 3rd floor Finance Department, Sumter SC 29150.
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Sumter County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 4:00p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00) Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
