Bidder must come to the designated location of the asset at a Washington County office. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All Assets must be removed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchased Assets will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful Bidder / Buyer is solely responsible for transport, towing, hauling, loading and removal of the Asset identified on the Buyer's Certificate and Bill of Sale (BOS) issued to Buyer from the location of the Purchased Asset as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer is solely responsible to make all arrangements for hauler transport and/or towing, and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the Asset identified (Asset ID) in the Buyer's Certificate and on the BOS. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for transport, hauling, packing, or loading or shipping. Please refer to any special instructions that may be on each Asset page for removal details
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal before picking up items.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and MUST be presented at the time of item removal.** If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the
Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email contact listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Vehicle Titles: Seller will issue a title or Manufacturer's certificate of Origin (MCO) in-hand to Buyer on the same day Buyer appears on site to remove the Asset from Seller's property. Name and address on titles and/or MCO documents will be printed on the document exactly the same as listed in the Buyer's Certificate and on the Bill of Sale (BOS).
NOTE: Buyer acknowledges that the Motor Vehicle Administration of Maryland does not issue non-resident temporary license plates. Further, regardless whether Buyer is resident or non-resident, Buyer acknowledges that under no circumstances will Seller release title and/or MCO until the same day Purchased Asset is physically removed from Seller's property. Please keep in mind that the Maryland MVA will reject a non-notarized BOS anytime a vehicle is seven years old or newer.
