This auction is for a large, set of four (4) connected desk cubicles/workstations in good condition, with only minor scrapes, scratches, and normal wear and tear. Each workstation has a functional electrical outlet. Each cubicle includes three fabric-covered panels/walls that can be used to attach items with push pins. Drawer keys are included. These workstations are connected to one another and in a single row that is 4-long. Only the two end units are shown in photos, but all are in comparable conditions. Each of the 4 workstations measures approximately 5 foot long and 2 feet deep.
PLEASE NOTE that removal is responsibility of the buyer and DISASSEMBLY WILL BE REQUIRED in order to remove due to the size and to fit through the doors. The 4 connected desks plug and unplug from the wall but are wired to one another. Due to the electric components, disassembly should only be performed by someone knowledgeable and experienced with electronic conditions. The wiring exists in the shared cubicle walls.
Buyer is responsible for removal, disassembly, loading, transportation, and associated equipment/labor. The units are heavy and will require assistance. Please plan accordingly. Please see photos for condition of all items or contact to make an appointment to see. Thanks

Removal
REMOVAL Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of, and all shipping charges for, any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Title passes to buyer as soon as item is removed from seller's premises and item is not returnable. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of pick up.
