THIS FOREST RIVER TRAVEL TRAILER HAS DAMAGE TO THE FRONT MOUNTING AREA OF THE FRAME. IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS. LOWBOY TRAILER NEEDED TO HAUL IT AWAY POSSIBLY.
The interior is in very good condition. The trailer has been used as a command center for a government agency that did not use it often. There is a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave that are included. There are bunkbeds and a small closet.
There is a bathroom, but it appears something has damaged the upper vent. See Photos. The bathroom was not used because there is no waste storage unit.
The very front room is set up as a small office. Could possibly be easily converted back to a bedroom.
This is a 2006 and could use some updates on the outside. Paint is fading some dings and dents from use. I am unable to verify the extent of the damage to the frame of the trailer. The damage caused some dents on the side of the trailer also. Sold as is please inspect it prior to bidding.

Removal

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
