All items offered for sale by Portland Community College are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are SOLD AS IS with no implied warranty or guarantee of the condition. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to inquire about items currently on auction.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. For items that require ground/express shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS), PCC will determine the shipping cost, package the item, generate the shipment, and arrange a pickup with the chosen carrier once payment is received. For all other items, the buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided unless absolutely necessary. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Equipment must be picked up from the Central Distribution Services Warehouse unless indicated otherwise. The warehouse is located at:

Portland Community College, OR makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
