SELLING AS A LOT ONLY: Unclaimed bicycles from police impound. All defects are unknown. It is highly recommended that you inspect the bikes before bidding. We make no guarantees or warranties and bicycles are sold AS IS. NO PHONE CALLS (see below to contact seller).
A Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their local municipality to insure a bill of sale is sufficient for bicycle registration purposes, where applicable. Bikes must be picked up by the buyer. No shipping. Email the contact (click on the “ask a question” box) to make an appointment if you desire an inspection, NO PHONE CALLS. Use the Govdeals site if you have a question. Payment must be made via the Govdeals website.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. All items must be picked up at our location. We do not ship or assist with shipping.
