Up for auction is one Household Essentials Fibertech Wide Top Pressing Station, model 971840-1. The unit is stated to have never been used and remains largely enclosed in its original protective plastic; however, it is being offered as an open-box item with significant shipping and storage wear.

The outer carton is heavily worn and damaged, with crushed and torn corners, punctures, separated seams, creasing, and extensive tape repairs. Portions of the protective plastic are also torn around the frame and legs. At least one visible black leg/foot cap appears abraded or chipped. Buyers should review all photographs carefully for the location and extent of the visible damage.

The pressing station features an approximately 18-inch by 49-inch wide ironing surface, four-position adjustable height, a ventilated Fibertech pressing surface with fiber pad, an iron rest with cord minder, a slide-out sleeve board, a safety leg lock, and non-scuff leg caps.

Actual measurements while folded and packaged are approximately 64 inches high by 22 inches long by 3 inches wide. Actual weight is approximately 23 pounds.

The unit has not been fully removed from its wrapping, unfolded, or mechanically tested. Due to the open and damaged packaging, the completeness of all components and operation of the height-adjustment, sleeve board, and locking mechanisms have not been independently verified.
