Removal Requirements
• Buyer must arrange all labour, equipment, and transportation.
• Buyer must disconnect all hydraulic, and control connections.
• Buyer must remove and dispose of hydraulic fluids in compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
• Buyer must remove the asset from the facility within 21 business days from auction closure.
• Buyer must carry and provide proof of appropriate insurance coverage—including, at minimum, general liability insurance and any required worker’s compensation insurance—prior to beginning any disassembly or removal activities. The seller reserves the right to verify insurance documentation and deny site access if adequate coverage is not provided.
