Removal

The Seller has sole discretion to determine whether any refunds will be issued, and no refunds shall be owed unless approved by the Seller.
If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation.
You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pickup, along with the ***payment confirmation/bill of sale***. The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time, no partial pickups.
Removal time is from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. sharp. Excluding legal holidays.
If shipment is being picked up by a third party, then the bill of lading must be emailed to Mary Jane at maryjmille@pa.gov prior to pick up, otherwise carrier will be turned away. To contact (717) 783-9232.
All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of auction close.
Items not picked up by the deadline will be charged $50.00 a day until items are picked up.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is unable to accept payment by PayPal.
Purchases will be released only upon a hard copy of the bill of Sale presented to State Surplus and verification of receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.
No assistance will be provided.
