1995 GMC C7H042 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 6.6L L6 DIESEL
Odometer reads 10,492.3 miles. The vehicle requires a jump to start but has previously run and driven after being jump started. Seller does not have a jump box with sufficient power to start the vehicle.

IMPORTANT: The aerial boom/work platform did not pass ANSI A92.2 inspection and is not certified for operation. The boom/work platform must not be used unless it has been inspected, repaired as necessary, and certified by a qualified entity in accordance with all applicable requirements. Replacement parts required to restore compliance may no longer be available. The University of Washington makes no representation that the aerial device can ever be repaired or certified. Carefully review all auction photos, as they are part of the item description.

Vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding its condition or functionality. Except as described in this listing, the vehicle has not been tested or inspected by the Seller. Only the items shown in the auction photos are included in the sale. Removal

Pickups are by appointment only. Once payment is completed, Buyers will receive an email with a link to schedule a pickup appointment.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, subject to appointment availability. Closed on weekends and University holidays.

Pickup Process & Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for all packing, loading, and transportation of purchased items. No staff assistance will be provided. When you arrive onsite, please call 206-685-1573 so staff can confirm your purchase and direct you to the appropriate parking area. Purchased items will only be released to the Buyer or their authorized representative. All items must be picked up within ten (10) business days from the date listed on the Buyer’s Certificate. A $10 daily storage fee may apply for items not removed within this timeframe.

Late Arrivals: To ensure smooth scheduling for all customers, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, we will try to assist you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Authorized Representative Pickup: If someone other than the Buyer is picking up the items, please complete the Authorization of Release ( Copy) and email it to surplus@uw.edu in advance. If a freight company is being used, include a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL) along with to the Authorization of Release. The Buyer’s name must appear as the shipper on all shipping documentation.

Description Warranty: University of Washington will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the item descriptions unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Any claim for misrepresentation must be made prior to the removal of the property. If the University confirms that the property was misrepresented, it will retain the item and issue a refund of any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Once transportation has begun and/or the property has been removed from the Seller's premises, no refunds will be issued for any money paid.

Withdrawal From Sale or Rejection of Bid: UW Surplus reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time before a sale is finalized. We also reserve the right to reject any or all bids if doing so is determined to be in the best interest of the University of Washington or the state of Washington, in accordance with WAC 200-360-050.
