A heavy‑duty natural gas convection oven with two stacked baking chambers that allows simultaneous cooking in both decks. The model features a durable stainless steel exterior, porcelain enamel interior, and glass‑view doors for easy monitoring of food. Each deck includes multiple rack positions and internal lighting, with temperatures typically adjustable up to roughly 500°F, and controls powered by 115 V gas ignition and thermostat systems.
The Vulcan VC4GD‑10 is a commercial‑grade double‑deck natural gas convection oven engineered for high‑volume foodservice environments such as restaurants, catering facilities, cafeterias, and bakeries. This model combines two independently operated convection oven chambers in a stacked configuration, effectively doubling cooking capacity within a compact footprint. Each deck is capable of uniform heat distribution and precise temperature control, making it suitable for baking, roasting, proofing, and general thermal food preparation.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only between the hours of 12pm and 1pm, Monday thru Thursday. Please contact Gabi Wilson at gwilson@bishop.edu, or 251-662-5372 to schedule an inspection.
Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including any disconnection from existing location, packing, loading and transportation of the property. The college may provide assistance in terms of a forklift for loading, no other assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
