he unit is a 2000 model xxxx. The unit is sold "As-Is, Where-Is"
Removal Requirement: The successful bidder is solely responsible for the dismantling, loading, and
removal of the modular unit in its entirety. This includes, but is not limited to: steps, ramps, skirting,
decking, and anchoring systems. Buyer must provide all equipment, tools, and labor. UWF staff and
equipment are unavailable to assist.
Site Restoration: The removal area must be cleaned of all debris generated during the process. The site
must be left in a safe, clean condition, free of hardware or structural remnants.
Insurance Requirement: Prior to the commencement of removal, the winning bidder must provide a
Certificate of Insurance (COI) documenting General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage. The
University of West Florida must be named as an additional insured.
General Liability: Usually a minimum of $1,000,000.
Automobile Liability: For the transport vehicle.
Workers' Compensation: To ensure UWF is not liable if a member of the removal crew is injured.
Proof of Coverage: State that a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming "The University of West
Florida Board of Trustees" as an additional insured must be provided prior to any work beginning.
Liability: The Buyer assumes all risk of damage or loss to person and property and specifically releases the
University of West Florida from any liability.
Utilities: The University of West Florida will terminate all utilities before removal.

2026 at 4:00 PM CST.
Failure to remove the unit by this date may result in the asset being declared abandoned and the
bidder being placed in default.
