Quantity: Pallet containing everything shown in the photos, this is essentially our entire inventory of old Homelite
Parts from the 80’s and 90’s
Condition: Everything appears to be in new old stock condition, boxes may open, damaged and show blemishing
or signs of age from storage, parts may as
well. These items have been stored in doors on a pallet in a heated warehouse since procurement. We have
not inspected each item and will be selling the
lot as is, as shown.

Listing description:
• An appointment will be required before pick-up, once your appointment has been made the exact Warwick
Rhode Island location address will be
provided. If the buyer cancels their pickup appointment, 5 business days must take place before rescheduling a
pickup.
• This lot contains new old stock items that have been in heated storage since procurement. We may have
not opened and inspected each item in detail
and will be selling this lot as is, as shown with no warranties or guarantees. Upon brief inspection of the lot we
indicated the following items; mufflers A-
98062-69, throttle switches A-00593, crank case covers A-00858, ignition systems A00815, fuel tanks A-98063-
47, crank cases 98063-60, air filter cases
98063-85, starters A-98060-30, throttle switches A-00593, and many more items in volume, see pictures for
details.
• The State will assist with loading equipment to load this unit on a buyer’s truck or trailer at their own risk.
Note: the State will not be held responsible in
any way for damages or injury to the buyers equipment or the buyers workforce personnel.
• If you would like to review this item on-site it can be arraigned during normal business hours Monday
through Friday, just email for an appointment. If
you are not within driving distance and would like to schedule a live video conference via Facetime this can also

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.
Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
