If Buyer finds any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. There will be no consideration by Seller of issues arising once an asset has left the Surplus Yard.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property out of the Surplus Yard. If Buyer desires to break down pallets for loading, Buyer is responsible for cleanup/disposal of debris created by this process. Buyer is not required to remove emptied pallets.

Under no circumstance will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. In the event a third party is contracted by the Buyer to remove an asset, Buyer must first complete/sign and return the Seller's 'Authorization of Release Form', along with a photo of picture ID, via email to rbooker@coj.net. Email correspondence must be made via the email address associated with the Buyer's GovDeals account (account used to place the winning bid).

If the forklift is used to load assets, Seller is not responsible for damage to asset or Buyer/Agent's vehicle caused directly or indirectly through use of the forklift, whether such damage occurred through accident or negligence.

Any tools, bins, totes, dollies, carts, pallet jacks, hand tools, straps, shrink wrapper, etc., which may appear in auction photos, are property of the Seller and NOT included in the auction. Plastic pallets or gaylord containers are conveyed with auction lots at the discretion of the Seller.

When title is included in sale, Buyer will transfer title ownership within 30 days of receipt of equipment.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Jacksonville, FL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
