Tuttnauer 66A-ECP-V Freestanding Stainless Steel Autoclave - Like-New Condition
Barely used Tuttnauer 66A-ECP-V pre-vacuum autoclave sterilization system with 24 x 24 x 36 chamber size. Originally installed in 2020, it was only operated a handful of times before being decommissioned and placed into storage due to facility utility limitations. This is a large, freestanding stainless steel laboratory/biotech autoclave with vertical sliding door, integrated 36kW electric steam generator, pre-vacuum, gravity, and liquid cycles. It also has touchscreen HMI controls, built-in thermal printer, Ethernet/USB connectivity, water ejector vacuum system, and ASME-rated stainless pressure vessel. Unit was fully functional when last operated and has not been powered or tested since storage. There is no known reason it would not still be operational. Sale includes the matching stainless loading cart and transfer carriage (never used), plus the Culligan LC-series reverse osmosis water purification system and associated storage tank used to supply purified feedwater to the sterilizer. Utility requirements include 208V 3-phase power with approximately 100A draw for the steam generator, dedicated 120V/20A control power, potable water supply, drain, and compressed air source. Ideal for laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, food production, or research applications requiring a high-end programmable sterilization system without the cost of new equipment. Air compressor shown in attached submittal is not included.
