The commercial value must be declared on the proforma invoice for the export declaration, based on fair market value from sale. If purchased by another IMMEX classified Mexican operation (transfers between IMMEX entities) it can use the “V1” code and also maintain the asset under a temporary basis in Mexico, with 0% VAT applied.
