Thank you for your question. The successful bidder is solely responsible for the removal, loading, transportation, and importation of the asset. This includes compliance with all applicable customs, border, regulatory, and import requirements. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, inspection fees, or other charges associated with transporting the asset into the United States or any other jurisdiction shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. Bidders are encouraged to contact the appropriate customs authorities or a customs broker to determine any applicable requirements or fees prior to bidding.
