***** PLEASE NOTE ... DUE TO THE COST OF MATERIALS, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE:
⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.
⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping.
⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items.
⭐ IF the Buyer arranges their own shipping, there will be a materials/handling FEE of $50.00 PER PALLET. Additional fees will be applied if boxes are requested ... $5.00 per box and $50.00 per Gaylord.
* Items must be removed within 10 days from auction end (or your account could be locked).
* Dell Latitude 3120 BTX and Lenovo ThinkPad 11E YOGA G6 Laptops for the majority of these (about 156 Dell and 44 Lenovo).
* Working laptops and are being replaced due to age.
* Charging cords included for about 1/2 of these.
* Most of these have 4GB Memory with 128 GB Hard Drive (but we did not check each one)
* Hard Drives have been WIPED but NOT REMOVED.
* If you would like to inspect this lot prior to bidding, you MUST schedule an appointment to do so.
* NO TESTING was done by the Surplus Dept on the items listed.
* This listed LOT is in UNKNOWN condition. This LOT may be missing parts and/or have some cosmetic damage. This LOT is sold AS IS, with NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. In regard to accessories, attachments, manuals, cords, etc., if it is NOT PICTURED, it is NOT INCLUDED in the sale of the item.

Desoto County School District, MS makes NO warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
