This lot consists of one (1) two-drawer rolling filing cabinet. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible cosmetic wear, most notably damage to one corner of the padded top section.

The damaged padded corner is the primary visible defect observed during inspection. While additional wear appears minimal, buyers should expect normal signs of prior use and handling consistent with office or commercial environments.

This filing cabinet features a padded top surface that can function as a seat, resting surface, or protective upper covering. The padding also adds approximately one (1) inch to the overall width of the unit. Integrated within the padded top section is a retractable pull handle/bar, allowing the cabinet to be rolled and relocated more easily.

The cabinet includes one (1) filing drawer, one (1) supply drawer and is equipped with a locking mechanism; however, no key is included with the purchase.
