This lot consists of one (1) large heavy-duty table. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible signs of prior use and cosmetic wear; however, the table remains exceptionally sturdy and well-suited for continued heavy-duty use.

Observed wear includes a missing strip of edge banding along the rear edge of the table, several small screw holes from previously mounted equipment, and two (2) wire feed holes integrated into the surface. Additional cosmetic wear consistent with regular use may also be present.

The tabletop surface appears to be constructed from particleboard, while the remaining structural components appear to be made from solid wood sections, contributing to the table’s robust construction and stability.

An identical unit has been used within our showroom for displaying large and heavy items, highlighting the table’s substantial size and durable build quality. Its wide surface area and strong frame make it suitable for workshop, showroom, warehouse, craft, industrial, or large-scale workspace applications.
