Equipment Description
This auction is for the purchase and removal of an Aqua Icelander Equine Treadmill, Model AQI-3600-3800. This equipment was last used in 2020. It was fully functional during last use. All electrical and water has been disconnected and is ready for removal.

The treadmill comes equipped with:

• Treadmill enclosure
• Control panel
• Two Pentair Superflo VS variable speed water pumps
• Pentair Triton II sand filter with ClearPro Technology
• Control Pro filtration manager
• Disinfection Unit
• EPS One pH Rx dosing system
• All described equipment will be sold in one Lot

Removal

Terms and Conditions of Sale: Washington State University (WSU) and the successful bidder (hereinafter Buyer) agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein concerning sale and removal of an Aqua Icelander Equine Model AQI-3600-3800 treadmill.

Equipment Description: The Aqua Icelander Equine Treadmill, Model AQI-3600-3800 comes equipped with control panel, two Pentair Superflo VS variable speed water pumps, Pentair Triton II sand filter with ClearPro Technology and Control Pro filtration manager, Disinfection Unit and an EPS One pH Rx dosing system. All described equipment will be sold in one (1) Lot. The Aqua Icelander Treadmill and associated equipment here-after referred to as “property”.

The property is located within the Veterinary Teaching Hospital on the WSU Pullman campus. The property shall be removed in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in this document.

Buyer shall coordinate all removal activities, including hours of work and physical access to the property with the WSU Project Manager.

Property Removal: In consideration of the price paid and opportunity to purchase, Buyer agrees as a term and condition of this sale to hold Washington State University (including its Regents, employees and agents) harmless and to indemnify WSU from all claims, costs and liabilities arising from damages or injuries to property or persons in connection with Buyer’s removal of the property.

Upon receipt of payment for the sale, buyer will schedule removal activities with the WSU Project Manager. Removal dates to be mutually agreed upon, starting no later than fifteen (15) days after acceptance of offer by WSU. Buyer will have fifteen (15) days to complete the removal process starting from the mutually agreed upon starting date. All costs of removal are the sole responsibility of Buyer. Should Buyer fail to remove the purchased property within the specified period, Buyer shall be considered in default without further notice.

Removal work and loading of equipment shall occur at a time and date upon which the WSU Project Manager and Buyer agree; no party shall unreasonably withhold consent in ascertaining a mutually convenient date/time. All electrical and water disconnects will be performed by WSU prior to removal. Buyer has full responsibility for all removal and loading of property. WSU will not assist in removal of property and will not assist or provide equipment for loading of the property.

The description of the property given is based on the best available information, but WSU makes no guaranty, warranty, or representation of any kind, expressed, implied or otherwise, as to the quantity, kind, size, quality or description of the property, its fitness for any particular use or purpose or its merchantability, and no claim shall be considered for allowance or adjustment or for rescission of the sale based on failure to inspect the property or otherwise. The property is offered for sale to the highest bidder “as is, where is.”

WSU reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in the best interests of the University.
