Bidders may inspect the property before bidding. Inspection is by appointment only and Currently Limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Unless otherwise stated, items are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.

This item must be picked up in person. PLEASE NOTE: PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. This will be strictly enforced. The winning bidder must make arrangements for the property removal including packaging, loading, prepping and appropriate equipment for secure transportation. Washington County is not responsible for items once they have left the property.

Items not picked up within ten (10) business days of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate will be re-auctioned.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Washington County, OR makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. All sales are considered final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to the removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
