2005 Chevrolet Impala SEDAN 4-DR, 3.8L V6 OHV 12V. THIS VEHICLE WILL START WITH A BOO AND RUNS. THE ENGINE RUNS BUT NEEDS SOME REPAIRS. HAS A SMALL COOLANT LEAK AND A SMALL OIL LEAK. WAS SERVICED EVERY 4000 MILES AND WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE FROM 5/14/25. THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION IS OPERABLE AND HAS NO KNOWN ISSUES. IT IS 2 WHEEL DRIVE. EXTERIOR IS GREY WITH NO CRACKED GLASS. HAS SCRATCHES AND DINGS. TIRE CONDITION IS LOW. DECALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND IMPRESSIONS REMAIN. EMERGENCY EQUIPMNET HAS BEEN REMOVED AND THERE ARE HOLES INT EH EXTERIOR WHERE THE EQUIPMENT WAS REMOVED. THE INTERIOR IS BLUE CLOTH. HAS STOCK AM/FM RADIO. A/C CONDITION IS COLD. SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m.and 4:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Under no circumstances will Floyd County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer agrees that no monies previously paid to the seller will be refunded after Buyer removes property from the seller’s premises.
