CSU Surplus Property is selling a 1989 Chevrolet GMT-400 Pickup truck that was previously used in a university setting. Latent mechanical defects may be present that we are unaware of and unable to verify. It is highly encouraged that bidders inspect vehicles in person prior to placing a bid. This vehicle is equipped with a 5L V8 gas engine that is in unknown condition. Vehicle started with a boost on 01/12/2026. When started, the check gauges and service engine soon dash lights appeared. Repairs needed are unknown. This 4x2 vehicle has automatic transmission that will go into drive but will not engage in reverse.
The exterior is white with minor dents, scratches, and dings throughout. The driver’s side rear view mirror has a crack and missing glass in the top right corner. There are signs of oxidation, rust, and peeling paint around the exterior of this vehicle.
Tires are in good condition; there are no flat tires.
The interior is grey cloth. Seats are torn and stained. There is a large tear in the fabric of the dirver's seat and a small tear in the passenger’s seat. The vehicle’s head liner is peeling above the passenger’s seat.
This vehicle is equipped with power steering, crank windows, and a spare tire.
Additional equipment includes Ridgid BC-610 “Sto-Pipe”.

Removal
REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Removal. : All items must be removed within (10) business days from the time and date of payment received unless otherwise specified in the auction posting. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified in the Terms and Conditions. Removal is by appointment only Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please contact Surplus Property by email at surplus@colostate.edu to schedule inspection appointments as some items are at alternate locations. If buyer fails to remove items within the (10) business day window, this will result in a default of the auction. Extensions to the pickup window must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Please email surplus@colostate.edu to request extensions. Buyer will be required to provide proof of identification prior to property being released by Seller. If the Buyer will have a third party claim the property on their behalf, email confirmation from the Buyer’s registered email account will be required identifying the third party and proof of identification will be required by the third party prior to property being released by Seller.
