This lot consists of one (1) wood and metal entertainment center manufactured by Pier 1 Imports. The item has been marked as being in fair condition overall; however, the uppermost surface section is considered to be in poor condition due to visible water-related damage.

The top shelf surface shows significant warping consistent with prior water exposure and contains two (2) large cracks across the upper panel. Buyers should review listing photographs carefully to assess the extent of this damage prior to bidding.

Despite the condition of the top section, the lower portions of the unit remain structurally sturdy and in fair condition at the time of listing. The entertainment center features a three-tier vertical storage layout consisting of open shelving and drawer storage areas.
