The microwave is in good condition and is in working order. It is no longer needed for County use and is being offered for public auction.

One Panasonic Countertop Microwave NN-SN736W. Only the microwave shown in the surplus photos is included in the sale.

The microwave is not attached to County infrastructure.

There is no County logo on the item.

No special tools, personnel, vehicle, or equipment are identified as being required for removal. Buyer remains responsible for pickup, loading, transportation, and removal. The County does not provide tools, personnel, vehicles, loading equipment, or transportation.

Item is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty or guarantee.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
