This lot consists of one (1) modular storage and display stand. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible signs of prior use and wear consistent with regular commercial, office, or institutional service.

The majority of the observed wear is concentrated on the side panels, where scratches, scrapes, and finish wear are present. The front, back, and interior surfaces show comparatively minimal wear. Despite these cosmetic imperfections, the unit remains structurally sound.

This modular unit is composed of three separate sections stacked and connected to form a single storage and display system. The upper section is branded SteelCase. While the lower two sections are not visibly marked, they are believed to also be manufactured by SteelCase. The exact model numbers for all sections are unknown.

The unit features an all-metal construction. The top section incorporates a retractable viewing window or display panel. When not in use, the viewing panel retracts into a protective housing located at the top of the unit. This housing extends approximately 1/2 inch beyond the depth of the main cabinet body.
