Condition: Fair

This lot consists of one (1) Heftee 250 lift. The lift has been marked as being in fair condition due to evidence of heavy prior use, cosmetic wear, and minor operational issues. Despite these signs of use, the unit remains functional and appears suitable for continued service.

Observed wear includes chipped and damaged wheels, areas of surface rust, scratches, and components that do not move as smoothly as intended. Some moving parts exhibit resistance during operation, which may indicate a need for cleaning, lubrication, or maintenance. No repairs or servicing have been performed prior to listing.

The lift features three primary moving components. The first is the lifting arm assembly, which rotates approximately 360 degrees to allow adjustment of the attached equipment's position and viewing angle. This rotational function was tested and found to be operational.

The second moving component is the vertical adjustment mechanism for the lifting arms. The lift raises and lowers as intended; however, some resistance was observed during operation. The cause of this resistance has not been investigated but is believed to be due to poor lubrication.

The third moving component consists of the transport wheels located at the rear of the unit. These wheels are designed to allow the lift to be tilted backward and rolled for transport. The wheels show visible chips, dings, and wear consistent with heavy use. The rolling function of the wheels has not been tested, and bidders should expect movement to be rougher due to the observed wheel condition.

The Heftee 250 lift is designed for lifting and servicing equipment such as walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and other small outdoor power equipment.
