This lot consists of one (1) wooden shelving unit. The shelving unit has been marked as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and general cosmetic wear. Despite these signs of use, the unit appears structurally sound and suitable for continued service.
The shelving unit is constructed primarily of wood, although the exact wood type is unknown. The interior side walls feature multiple rows of pre-drilled pin holes designed to accommodate adjustable shelving positions and other storage configurations. Similar pre-drilled pin holes are also present on the exterior of the left side panel. These holes may be used for shelf repositioning, hanging accessories, or other storage applications as determined by the user.
Three (3) shelves are included with this unit. The shelving unit does not feature an interior base panel, as shown in the accompanying photographs.
Mounted to the exterior of the right side panel are two plastic hanging accessories. One attachment features two (2) hooks, while the second attachment features three (3) hooks. These may be used for hanging clothing, bags, cords, or other lightweight items.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping, unless otherwise specified through written communication with the Seller. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
