A collection of mostly Dewalt and Porter Cable power tools and some accessories. Most of the tools are cordless. Some of the Dewalt tools appear to be new. There is a collection of 20v batteries for the Dewalts. These tools and batteries have been in a storage shed for two years. The seller can not guarantee the batteries abilities to hold a charge.
These items were seized as part of a law enforcement investigation. The seller has no knowledge of the use or abuse these tools have been subjected to prior to being seized.
** These are being sold as group and will not be separated out. Due to the amount of items and weight, the buyer must pick up locally in Northern Kentucky (Kenton/Boone/Campbell counties)**

SALES TAX

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
