1994 John Deere 310D Backhoe Extenda-Hoe Turbo 4x4
Low hours, hours shown are 5113. The tachometer quit working two years ago and the hour meter runs with the tachometer. Approximately 270 hours were put on it since the tachometer quit 2 yrs ago. There is about 5,400 total hours on it actually. The tach wire just needs to be hooked up. It is a 2 owner backhoe purchased in 2004 by my father in law (who has passed away) from a City in Southern Utah. The Backhoe belongs to me now per the estate. I am a govt fleet liquidator per this site and sell many govt items here.
The backhoe has just undergone a complete full service all fluids were changed out 100% and all filters are brand new and all joints were greased . $1,600 service bill I have. Backhoe works great and runs great. Battery is charged and the machine starts in any weather condition. It also has a block heater. Tires have good tread and hold air.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
